Dr. Jitu Buragohain obtained M.Sc. in Life Sciences (Botany) from Dibrugarh University, Assam and Ph.D. in Plant Biotechnology from Tezpur University, Assam. Currently, he is working as the Principal of Namrup College, Dist. Dibrugarh, Assam. He has published a number of research papers in national and internatioanal journals including Elsevier and Springer and also authored two books.
