Dr. Kanaya Lal Bhat, Professor (Retired) Division of Vegetable Science and Floriculture, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Science and Technology, Jammu (J&K), received his Ph.D. in Vegetable Science from HPKV, Palampur in 1994.
