(Ag.) in Agriculture Botany from Janta Vedic College, Baraut (Baghpat), M.Phil (Agriculture Botany) and Ph.D. from Institute of Advanced Studies, Meerut University, Meerut. He completed LLB Degree from Delhi University, Delhi and one year Post-Graduate Diploma in 'Intellectual Property Laws' from Indian Law Institute, Delhi (a deemed University).
